it was a fantastic finish after Rugby days to decide with a touch-match! all did there best to solve various Rugby situations in sport, well done guys!

Again we had the weather with us and you had all the energy in each attack or defenses situation, good to see!

Claping the opponents after the game and finish with a short rounding did the trick in the squad!

Hope you send me an email to me so I know exactly how many will be on Saturday.

Those of you who still want to play for our school ... in August we will have new recruitment days, until we meet again!

PS: I would like to thank Gus and Neex and of course all of you who were around during those wonderful Rugby days!

all the best

Today we test, tag-rugby. touch, kick, drop kick, tackling drill so well done! Tomorrow, unfortunately, is the last day of instruction and rugby, we will use the entire session to play and I want you to use all these "rugby-keys" you received from us during the seven days, there will also be a lot of fun and full of energy!

Today mine students were encouraged to participate in Rugby to promote team building and exercise of the mind/body. Im actually Proud to be an ex-rugby player!

Students were encouraged today to wear tag-belts or support your camrate the hole session.

Be strong and spread the “Be Kind” message to someone who is unfamiliar with Rugby

Stephen Moore is the new Wallabies captain, with Michael Hooper and Adam Ashley-Cooper named vice-captains.

Moore, a 91-Test veteran and Australia's most-capped hooker, will lead Australia to next year's World Cup in England.

He replaces Ben Mowen who failed to make the Wallabies squad after announcing he'll head overseas later this year.

The Wallabies kick off their three-Test series against France on Saturday at Suncorp Stadium.

Gloucester have signed the Wales international James Hook on a three-year contract, although they still have to announce who will be heading their coaching set-up after Nigel Davies was sacked last month.

Hook, who has won 75 caps, is moving to Kingsholm from Perpignan after activating a clause in his contract following the Catalan club’s relegation from the Top 14.

Gloucester signed the Scotland captain, Greig Laidlaw, in March as a potential replacement at No10 for Freddie Burns, but he has indicated he would prefer to play in his Test position of scrum-half.

Gloucester will make the announcement of Hook’s signing at Wales’s training base in the Vale of Glamorgan on Tuesday afternoon.

The 28-year-old is training with the national side before their departure on Thursday to South Africa, where they will play two Tests against the Springboks (SA - South Africa).

Wales are missing a number of players, including Sam Warburton, Leigh Halfpenny and Richard Hibbard. However, Jamie Roberts, Ken Owens and Samson Lee, all of whom were injured during last Friday night’s trial match, are expected to be fit for the tour.

Last week both Tuesday and Wednesday we had a visit of two rugby players from Exiles RFC, Neex and Angus, it has been really fun to have them with us! Next week, Angus will be with us with new tips, ideas and exercises!

Angus "Gus" send you this clip to see!

are you going to be at Årstafältet this Saturday and see Exiles live against Hammarby?
