everything went fine we had alot of fun!
 
what we did with the boys was
 
Warmups. laps of the field followed by stretching.
ball skills. lateral passing drills. 4 corners pop passing drills.
opposed running and passing with the ball. 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 4 on 1, ant then 3on 2 and 4 on 2.
showed them the peoper tackling technique, tackling around he legs with the shoulder and arms. and got them to tackle one on one in a drill. and played bullrush game to practice tackling.
at the end of lesson we got them into 2 teams for a game.
