we will speed and we will play and practise speed the next 2months...
as you see I will always carried two spare rugby balls during training. If I'am think the ball was too slow from a breakdown I'would throw the half back a new one.
This kept a high tempo to the practise and meant you have to think quicker, react quicker and perform quicker.
Next tuesday (week 48), I will carry a spare ball with me and at any time I will shout "NEW BALL" and throw it into play. You will have to recover the new ball and react to the new situation.
It is also a great way of practising turnover ball. During a game pass the new ball to the defending team and see how the teams react.
You play good and fast and the next time must be quicker and we will be there! ;-D

it was a fantastic finish after Rugby days to decide with a touch-match! all did there best to solve various Rugby situations in sport, well done guys! Again we had the weather with us and you had all the energy in each attack or defenses situation...
